I love the mixed media in this art piece, especially the collage which appears shiny like the "scales" of the tail!

HI Sidnei, this is a hippocamp, or a sea-horse in Greek mythology. They pulled Poseidon's chariot through the water. Poseidon was the sea god, as well as the god of horses, amongst other things.
